Full registration options include admission to the full AI and CRV technical programs, workshops, welcome reception, banquet, and AI Gala. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided throughout the day, with costs included in the registration. Each full registration meets author registration requirements for one conference paper, and two workshop, GSS, or nectar papers.

In the registration form, please indicate which workshop(s) and social event(s), if any, you plan to attend. Note that there is limited availability for each session and they come in a first come first serve manner, and we might not be able to provide all the options to people who register late.

At least one author of each accepted paper should be registered to the conference with a non-student full registration, and present the paper in the conference. Authors who have not registered before the deadline will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings. To link your paper to a full registration, please choose full registration and enter your accepted paper ID in the registration form.

GSS and Nectar track papers require a regular or student registration.

We provide invitation letters for people who have registered for the conference. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please follow the instructions provided in the registration page.

Cancellations will only be accepted due to visa issues, provided that the visa was applied before Apr. 24. In these cases a full refund less a 5% admin fee will be provided to accepted cancellations. Please follow the instructions provided in the registration page.

All best efforts will be made to present the program as published on the Conference website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice any of the arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating to the meeting for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
