Full registration options include admission to the full AI and CRV technical programs, workshops, welcome reception, banquet, and AI Gala. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided throughout the day, with costs included in the registration. Each full registration meets author registration requirements for one conference paper, and two workshop, GSS, or nectar papers.

In the registration form, please indicate which workshop(s) and social event(s), if any, you plan to attend. Note that there is limited availability for each session and they come in a first come first serve manner, and we might not be able to provide all the options to people who register late.

At least one author of each accepted paper should be registered to the conference with a non-student full registration, and present the paper in the conference. Authors who have not registered before the deadline will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings. GSS and Nectar track papers require a regular or student registration.

We provide invitation letters for people who have registered for the conference. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please follow the instructions provided in the registration page.

Cancellations will only be accepted due to visa issues, provided that the visa was applied before Apr. 24. In these cases a full refund less a 5% admin fee will be provided to accepted cancellations. Please follow the instructions provided in the registration page.

The open exchange of ideas, the freedom of thought and expression, and respectful scientific debate are central to the goals of AI/CRV; this requires a community and an environment that recognizes and respects the inherent worth of every person.

All participants, including but not limited to attendees, organizers, reviewers, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference, workshops, and conference-sponsored social events, are required to agree with this Code of Conduct during the conference, through official communication channels and on social media. Conference Organizers expect that anyone participating in AI/CRV will, at a minimum, treat others with respect for their dignity. Accordingly, behaviour that violates this principle will not be tolerated, and may include sanctions up to and including expulsion from AI/CRV. Anyone who feels threatened or harassed while participating in AI/CRV should not hesitate to reach out to AI/CRV General Chairs and can expect that any concerns shared will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.

This Code of Conduct applies to the meeting sites and venues where AI/CRV events are held or where AI/CRV-sanctioned activities are conducted, including both physical and official virtual platforms. AI/CRV is not responsible for non-sponsored activity or behaviour that may occur at non-sponsored locations such as hotels, restaurants, or locations not otherwise a sanctioned space for AI/CRV events.

All best efforts will be made to present the program as published on the Conference website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice any of the arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating to the meeting for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
